My toy does not work, what do i do?
Make sure to follow the instructions included with your toy. Many toys ship without their batteries fully installed or charged, so make sure to check the battery compartment or try charging your toy before fearing your new toy is defective. Some toys also have travel locks which can be engaged when first shipped. If you still have problems with your toy, send us an e)mail.
What if i lose or break my charger for my rechargeable toy.
At the moment Kanako.store does not carry replacement chargers. But we will contact the manufacturers to assist you.
What are your shipping costs?
The standart shipping cost is entirely free. The express shipment is not available for all products.
How long does it take my order to get to me?
It takes 1-2 bussines days for an item to be shipped after the order is placed. For detailed information about what shipping options are available, please see our Shipping page. If you order an item that is on pre-order, you entire shipment will be held and send out together when said item is available.

How do i clean my toy?
Try to get in the habbit of washing your toys before and after each use. We are making instructions guide of how to wash each specific toy.

Track your order here! The tracking number is mostly sent 1-3 days after the order has been dispatched.
